OUR ELDER CARE LAW SERVICES

Living Will & Advanced Directives

We work with you and your family to establish your living will and advanced directives. This includes power of attorney, long-term planning, and your wishes should you be in a medically fragile situation.

Guardianship

If an elder is deemed incapacitated by an acute or chronic health concern, we can help select a guardian and complete the paperwork required to protect assets and help both the elder and the family.

Financial Representation

Financial abuse is a growing threat to Georgia seniors. We provide financial representation services, which includes estate planning, gift tax matters, and housing planning to help you and your family decide who should care for your loved one’s finances. In the event of financial abuse, we will litigate the case to the fullest extent possible to protect and preserve your loved one’s money and property.

Nursing Home Abuse Claims

If you or an elder family member have been abused in a nursing home, we explain your rights and file the necessary paperwork to report the case. We will also litigate the case in court if needed.
